Changes...

Hey blogging world.
It's been a while.
A long while.

Life has changed a lot for me and my husband since I last wrote. Shane's internship in Pennsylvania ended (it wasn't sudden--we expected it to end after 9 months), and we relocated to my parent's house in north west North Dakota while we are in between jobs. Yes, North Dakota. I'm pretty sure I have heard every North Dakota joke out there. Go ahead and give it your best shot though, if you don't mind possibly snotty replies, haha! It's been a truly interesting 2 months. After not living with my parents since before college, there was some readjusting, especially now that I am married. There is definitely different dynamics, with my two favorite men both in the same house! :)

I have been keeping so busy. My mom has a HUGE garden, so there is everything that goes along with that. Weeding, picking, cleaning, hulling/peeling, and then the on-going quest for ways to preserve the produce for the cold, unforgiving North Dakota winters. I'm sure I will be posting some of my favorites soon, as I don't plan on letting the blog go this long again...
